"Menu clearly states options for tenders to have multiple flavors for any combo size. We were told that was only for 8 tenders. I ended up just ordering my gfs meal (it was her first time here, pretty disappointing) and declined to purchase my own."

"This location used to be pretty decent. Recently, however, they never allow you to order all flats in the mobile app. If you call in, sometimes they let you… other times they don’t. This is frustrating because I hate drums and have started to go to Buffalo Wild Wings To Go which is relatively in the same parking lot. Additionally, orders are rarely fulfilled on time and when ordering a 20oz soda they generally won’t give you a 20oz bottle - despite fountain drinks being a separate option when selecting your drink in the app. I really wish they’d allow us to get flats again but until then, i’ll go elsewhere"

"Purchased an online order that came with ranch and ordered an extra ranch. When I checked my order, my fries were barely warm. So I had to ask for fresh fries. Walked away and noticed I was now missing my RANCH! (2) When I approached the counter again she asked for my order name so she can verify I paid for them! “Then she said can I check your bag?? I bagged the order and I know I put them in there.” WRONG!!! So degrading to a loyal customer! She didn’t do her job right period!! She was Wrong on so many levels. Wish I got her name so I can let management know. I’ve never gone this far to actually comment about a company but this was unacceptable!!"

"Lemon Pepper is supposed to be a dry rub. We loved the prior recipe. Why did it change? Also, our fries were old and unseasoned today. The staff replaced the fries without issue; however, they should not have included them in our ToGo order."

"We ordered 75 wings for pick up, arrived to pick up asked if everything was together and they said yes take everything to truck and check bags one container of cold veggies (not three as ordered) was sitting on top of fries opening everything up not One container of dip at all had to go back instore where Cassandra wanted to convince me that was three orders of veggies she just packed it in one container, then has to pull up my order to confirm I had dips?? With 75 wings really, lol.. We have been going to this location since it opened between attitude I received and the disgusting kitchen you have a complete view of Wing stop has lost a customer!!"
