"My teen daughter didn’t really like the drink she picked out, felt it was a little milky then usual. I was going to order her a new one but when Braiden heard she felt it didn’t taste like it should he offer to make it right. He offered to make a new one or something else. She chose something else and was very pleased. Braiden was very friendly and accommodating! Great customer service!!!"

"Idk who work Sunday morning but the lady doesn’t understand simple instructions and made a venti Coffe almost half way. When I asked for just to fill it up with regular Coffe she made another shot of expresso charging me with $1.5 more on Tim of my $7 box. It’s sad because I always have a good experience in Starbucks. Definitely should train that woman better."

"Worst service , cheated on a birthday reward saying there is no reward on food while the Starbucks coupon clearly says you get a beverage or a food . Looks like a cheap way for starbucks to make you pay . The customer service is also useless . We went again and asked for the money telling that customer service person told to to go and ask for the refund and the staff simply denied and changed their words telling you might get a reward on a Starbucks outlet but not here , then why is this not told earlier ? Very poor and disgusting service on the day of the birthday"
