"Little Letdown this evening. Super bright smiling face at the window, but the food quality was just not normal. The order wasn't exact either. Tenders looked overcooked and very dark, but the meat seemed undercooked. Tacos were so hard. Fries looked so old, I didn't even try one."
"Bad service and service extremely slow. Items on menu not avail, prob only because short staffed and they don't want to make it. Got order wrong. Manager rude. Smells like sewer inside."
"It would be nice if y’all paid more attention. I asked in the drive thru if they had ranch, they said yes. Yet no ranch in my bag. I didn’t ask for it just to see if y’all have it. Pay more attention. It’s an easy job."
"Just went here and asked for tacos with no lettuce no sauce just meat and cheese and they put lettuce and extra sauce. Then they forgot the curly fries with my combo. And to top it all off I payed extra to put a hash brown on my chicken sandwich because I love the chicken-tater melt but they don't have it anymore and the didn't give me the hash brown at all. Overall this jack in the Crack sucks"
"I have seen all over that they have breakfast all day. I went by and got the Supreme Croissant, and it was so gross I didn't eat it. The sandwich had what seemed to be an egg with ham that was glossy and cheese that was sliding off the side. I took a bite and that was enough. Dry, old and just gross. The hash brown had so much oil it leaked out of the pouch it was in, on to the napkins and on to the bag. Such a waste. Never again."
