"Fast decent food, but service was definitely lacking. The customer was waiting to pay while we waited to order. There was no one behind the counter. They seemed to be short-handed like everywhere else."

"It’s been 15 min we ordered and the line still hasn’t moved . Unfortunately this is the location closest to us . Every single time we come it’s something … normally just slow. This will be the last time for a while we spend our money here . Instead of moving the car up at the window they have us sitting here waiting . I suspect because it’s pouring rain and the employees don’t want to bring the food out. Also the young man who took our order tonight (830 2/2/24) was rude.. short and we asked nicely to repeat and he just had an overall bad attitude. Oh we’re home food is ice cold and they forgot my po boy What a shame . Edit: Bills I completed this process that evening - the night of our visit as if 2/6 we still have not heard back I will continue to update to provide review of how situation was handled"

"The food has always been fine at this location. Fresh and tastes great. The problem at this location and most Bill Miller’s is the lack of attention to detail. It gets busy, but that shouldn’t be an excuse to not making sure orders are filled correctly. There seems to be no QC in order filling. The employees start an order, then half way through start another. Then go back and forth between multiple orders and this seems to be a recipe for poor fulfillment. The last few times I have visited both through the drive thru and in to go area inside, something is left out of my order. Missing a taco or hot sauce or bbq sauce. Always something. I have asked the person taking the order for bbq sauce or hot sauce and they snap back very quickly that “it comes with it” even though every time something is missing. This is something simple to fix but it seems that there have been multiple complaints about this on social media and in person and everyone is “too busy” to do anything about it. It seems they don’t need to do a complete job in order to stay in business. Good for them!"

"Awful location, been super slow and sloppy service for a long time. Long overdue for a management change. Would really love to go here but this location continues to disappoint. Always have to wait for kids fried chicken legs. This time they did not follow request to leave off sauce which also showed on ticket. Then they put coleslaw upside down on top of bag getting entire order soaked. Don’t want corporate apology or gift card, just fix this location."
