"I had to go into the store and get a bulb replaced this morning on my car. Not only did the gentleman greet as I entered the store he was professional and carring and he also came to my car and replaced the bulb for me. Thank you sir for your kindness."
"Last time I went to get a headlight I asked for help getting a clip off because I have trouble with my grip strength sometimes. The man proceeded to not hand me back my bulb until after he had disrespectfully walked me through the selection process (made a comment about how I probably wanted the cheapest), charged me extra for a packet of "bulb grease" without asking, and installed it with a small amount of the entirely unnecessary pack of grease that he proceeded to then keep without saying anything."
"My experience at the Red Oak location was terrible. I asked to speak to the manager and he was very unhelpful and rude. I returned the part with a lifetime warranty and they were rude and refused to replace the warranty part. I have shopped here for years but will use OReilys from now on."
