"The young lady with pink hair and glasses, working the register, is always kind and attentive. I don't need a place to be overly attentive or nice to me, but it felt good to have her make eye contact, look like she was genuinely listening to me and do so with a friendly demeanor. I truly appreciate it, and will continue to frequent this location."

"I tried to place an order with the Wingstop app and the app had some sort of glitch so that not only did I get charged TWICE for one order BUT the store did not even receive my order. I called the store and the manager, Grace, was very distant and showed no compassion whatsoever. Did not even offer to take my order. Just gave the impression that oh well, your problem, don't care. She gave me a number to a local "corporate" number which just keeps transferring me or forcing me to leave messages which NO ONE ever answers/returns my call. The one lady that tried to be helpful in their HR department said she would refer my case to another person who would call me and help me. And one week later, still no call, no NOTHING. No resolution. No compassion. No accountability. Just outright robbery. I've left several messages at the number Grace gave me and still no one wants to help. They took my money and gave me NOTHING. Customer service sucks. Management sucks. And their stupid app sucks. This has happened before but the manager at another location at least offered to fulfill the order and issue was resolved within a week."

"we arrived here at 23:50 (the store closes at 00:00), we asked very frankly if it wasn't convenient for us to come back another day and were perfectly happy to leave. But a female employee here told me it was okay. We ordered food and then received a very unpleasant attitude back. Even after taking our order, she threw the order paper to a colleague and left with an annoyed look on her face, and it didn't stop there, while standing in the corner of the room she cursed about us. What the hell, unfortunately for her one of us understands her native language (she did swear but not in English and probably confidently assumed that none of us understand that language). We came to buy food on time and received an extremely rude and disappointing attitude."

"I have been on the phone for 10 minutes waiting to place my order to dine in. She refuses to take my call after 10 minutes stating that they are very busy. However, my husband is waiting for me. He had time enough to drive there so that we can meet and he's looking inside and says that there is nobody in the place so her refusing to take my order. They will not get my business again."
