Church's Texas Chicken

"The woman taking orders had an attitude. We did get fresh food. Realized we didn't get gravy. Went back in drive thru and the lady said "you didn't ask for gravy" which was a rude response. We paid for 4 cups of gravy and all were less than half filled. Disappointed. Don't recommend."

"This rating is in comparison to other Churches Chickens around here. You already know what Churches is, I'm not reviewing the chain as a whole. This one was friendly and fast, and the chicken was actually crispy, not soggy like it's been sitting a while."

"Went in to order the grande meal with the spicy chicken option since I really love it at church's. I was told however, that it would take 20 minutes to come out if I wanted spicy chicken. Just this once I decided not to wait and order regular chicken instead to avoid waiting. SADLY, the order still took over around 20 minutes ANAYWAY. I had to wait all of that time and still managed not to even get what I came for. Terrible service, terrible way of managing expectations. Don't come here unless you order ahead. They should not even have a drive through."

"Food was old, bun was hard and stale. Restaurant was not clean and ice machine was broken. They were also out of napkins. Amanda is the only competent person behind the counter. Won’t waste money or time coming back again. KFC right across the street!"

"The night shift manager at this location is beyond disrespectful! The order they gave my family was old and disgusting. My husband and I were told to come back up there the next day because supposedly the manager had left. We were told they would replace our order. This woman tells us she is only replacing the chicken as she laughs in my husbands face!!! She then threatens him and calls the police Over A Order That They Messed Up!! Let’s not leave out that we were hung up on multiple times as we tried to rectify the issue the same day! This place is a joke as you can see by the other reviews! They will NEVER get our Business again and I suggest no one else to eat at this location. They do not respect their customers at all and the food quality is absolutely Terrible! Save your money!"
