"The hostess and waitress were very nice. Upon entering, you're greeted by a big beautiful aquarium. Brought my mom for an early dinner, so it wasn't crowded at 4:45ish. My mom ordered the white fish plate with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. I ordered an 8oz sirloin, medium well with a baked potato and broccoli casserole. The waitress took our order and let us know shed be bringing some fresh honey butter croissants to the table. And as promised, they were nice and fresh. Our food was brought to us and while my mom was happy with her fish, my steak was dry and no pink center so it's safe to say it was overcooked. I let the waitress know when she came by and she offered to have the kitchen redo the steak. She left my sides so I tried the casserole. It was room temperature. Moved on to the baked potato and that was hard. It needed at least another 20 minutes to be cooked right. Someone brought my new steak, asked me to check it. Now this thing was still bleeding on to...I didn't need to cut into it to know that it was undercooked. She took it back for them to cook for a little longer. My waitress came back a few minutes later to see how my steak was and I explained what happened so she happily went to go check on it. She brings it back and I start to eat it and again, it's undercooked. At this point, I'm done with the kitchen. They obviously don't know how to cook a steak. I cut the steak so that they waitress can see how red it STILL was. (My mom is already done with her food for 20 minutes by this time so I gave up!) The waitress apologized and went to tell the manager who gave me a 25% discount. What a joke! The ONLY person that seemed to care was the waitress. I can't imagine how things would've gone on a busy night so good luck if you go in this place. The attached photo is after the THIRD TRY."
"Food and drinks were good. Having said that, the atmosphere was lacking. Buddy and I were isolated from the main dining room. We were sat in the bar area, it was okay but the tables around us were left with dirty dishes the whole time we were there. The bar area also had dirty dishes. There was plenty of staff and yet no one bothered to get a dish cart to clear away the tables. I know this may sound petty but being my first time at this restaurant I expected more. It's been open less than a year. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty who apologized but still took some time to clean these tables. I don't know about others but I don't like seeing dirty dishes when I'm eating"
"First time eating at this location. While pretty much the same as other locations, I did encounter minor issues at this location. My steak came out with one side having a very charred flavor. I noticed as bitterness as I ate, but the bourbon glaze was masking it, once I ran out of sauce it was very apparent what it was. The majority of the food was consistent with other locations, the broccoli and cheese casserole has remained a favorite, and the buttered croissants are always great. Service was decent here, I was offered a drink to go, and was seated immediately when I arrived despite the parking lot being mostly full."
"Update 12-28-23 Service still awesome. Food was delicious. Service was good. Croissants were a bit hard. Pain killers were awesome! Spinach dip is my favorite. Lemon pepper chicken is good. Green beans tasted a little weird."
"In town for a week event and I love Cheddar's. But this location was different, service was slower than usual and the food took an extremely long time to come out. I made 2 visits, dinner when I arrived in town and lunch the next day. My chicken dish was ok but salty but my lunch the next day was great fried white fish. I was with a lunch group and the others didn't like their food. Not my favorite location. Spinach dip tasted a lil watered down."
