"Came in with a group for an early Valentine’s dinner. Called ahead and we were seated immediately when we arrived. Our server Angel S gave us such amazing service. Despite running around busy, he took time to answer questions, offer great suggestions and even went to double check with with kitchen if a special request was available. He was super attentive the entire time and even took a few minutes to chat when he had time. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was delicious! The manager Roxy stopped by to welcome us and was super friendly. I understand how hard it can be on holidays like that so my compliments to the entire staff! First time here and really wish we weren’t from out of town so we could return but luckily there is a location close to home and we will def be stopping by. Thank you for a great meal!"

"BJ's on SE Military was excellent again!! John was an excellent server as well. John is very attentive and made great suggestions! Ordered the wings in 2 flavors and the portions are soo large, had some to take home! Can't wait to come back!"

"This is my 2nd visit to this new locations. So far I am pretty satisfied with my experience. The food is well prepared and service it good as well. The place maintains a clean environment. I would say that I noticed that servers are rookies. You can just tell specially when you are a type of person that eats out a lot. Despite that, they do a good job. They are very attentive."

"Service was okay. We had salads to start then were going to split the French dip sandwich. The meat tasted very strange and the au jous was funky as well. The fries were okay but the coleslaw was huge chunks of cabbage and almost no dressing. Server was understanding and took the sandwich off our bill but we were pretty turned off by that point. With all the other restaurants nearby they need to do better. Probably won't go back."

"EDIT: The BJ's team, staff, cook and managers have redeemed their service, food and all around experience. We have returned several times and the food is great and SAFE for my daughter to eat. Many thanks to the entire team making our experience rewarding and enjoyable. Many thanks and apologies. Highly recommend their Prime Rib weekend special. Our past experience at this location had been excellent; HOWEVER, that has not been the case the last two times. My daughter has a gluten allergy. She can't eat the sauce on the ribs. The last time they put sauce and had to have them replaced. We are currently sitting here waiting for the rest of her meal. Again, they put sauce on the ribs. They informed us after about a 30 minute wait, they made the ribs with sauce. My husband and I finished our meal and our daughter was still waiting for the food. They finally did bring her ribs without one of her sides. We have been another 10-15 minutes and she is STILL waiting for her green beans. The service has gone down hill in the short amount of time they have been open. It makes us want to drive all the way to the one next to Ikea off the 35. We were first offered a 50% discount. After waiting more time for the green beans, did they offer a full compensation."
