"Went there a few nights in a row in the drive thru & the person there that they have working the window gives me excellent customer service always greets with a smile and makes sure my whole order is all in my bags. Told me her name is Lulu … great employee made sure my fries and burger were Fresh and hot. Makes the wait that everybody complains about, worth it. If you had a run in with a rude employee ask for Lulu promise won’t regret it."
"Would not recommend this location. Staff is ok just don’t ask for anything but the food is old and nothing is fresh fries are stale and cold burgers are over loaded with mustard and ketchup buns are dry and stale. Fountain drinks taste old and unchanged just unimaginable how they have an A… from where the untouched lobby. the lobby is locked so people Arnt seeing how their food is being prepared but I took the food back and took pictures."
"Food was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and seemed very busy. Unfortunately the restaurant needed attention. Nearly every table needed to be wiped down. Floor had food and trash that needed to be swept. The floor felt sticky as I was waking toward the restroom. The restroom had plenty of trash on the floor. I've machine had exposed parts and I'm not sure if it was working."
