"Went last night around 1:30 for an Uber pickup and since it was my last one for the night I ordered food for my self and my wife, when I came to the window the shift lead, Sakeybi, (a black bbw with pink nails) running the window she was very rude kept shutting the window on me when I tried to ask for sauce I was just going to leave but decided to check my bag I was missing some items I had purchased so I patiently waited for her to look my way thru the window after 4 minutes she opens the window and I proceed to tell her,I get one thing out that wasn't in my bag that I ordered out of 2 and the sauce I asked for and she just slams the window mid sentence afterwards when she brings back the item my large curly fry witch wasn't even half filled I proceed to tell her the next 2 things and she flips out at me slams the window. I get home and all the food is nasty the burgers were hard like they had been old ones sitting in the heat rack my jalapeno poppers were dark almost black and hard as a rock the tacos had no cheese or sauce and had also looked like they had been sitting in the heat lamp area from an older order and given to me. Not to mention my drink I ordered was just a coke it was like mixed with flavors and had a red tint like she mixed big red in my drink. Horrible experience going back to get a refund and not going back to that Jack again"

"Terrible place. Went tonight at 9:30. No one in the lobby and one car ahead in drive thru. Took forever to give them their order. Got to my food and got home to see they totally messed up my order. Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and received a regular burger. Called to speak to someone and no answer. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMERS THERE. No reason to have messed that up. Completely incompetent."

"Tried the stuffed breakfast croissant. They were a little overcooked and nothing like the ad on the building, which compared them to hot pockets. Awfully tasteless! I should have known when the cashier asked if I wanted some sauce or jelly with my order. After one bite I went back to the counter. The manager allowed me to exchange my two croissants for two orders of mini pancakes. They were excellent and filling. I left a satisfied customer due to management's corrective actions."
