"The manager Donald is a really really excellent worker. I see him doing everything from taking drive through order to making the burgers,fries,tacos and other foods. He is an awesome worker. He is a speed demon. The other two people working on burgers and other things like fries and shakes were taking forever to make anything. He has the speed of three more workers. This was on Christmas eve and everyone was out at Jack in the box getting something. That line was long and when I went back to pass it going home i saw the line long still. I know Donald was godsend to that restaurant. This guy deserves a big raise or promotion definitely. I hope you admire Donald cause ur restaurant needs more people like him."

"My wife called me very upset today due to a messed up order. She ordered the breakfast sandwich with everything. When she opened it up it was missing the sausage and bacon. That's OK mistakes happen. Well when my wife called to let them know she was surprised that the manager was very rude and stated multiple times that is was correct and my wife was lying. She stated for my wife to just bring it back to which she could not do as she was on her way to work. Then it got worse after refusing to understand the situation the manager then hung up on my wife. Poor management all the way around, don't think we will be coming back."

"Not a happy customer. I haven't been to Jack in the box in 4 years. Was craving the sourdough burger, it's unfortunate that I didn't enjoy it. My order was completely wrong. Seems like their workers are getting dumber and dumber. My order was an online order. It's literally written down for you and they still got it wrong. I said no ketchup. They put ketchup. I asked for curly fries, no curly fries. Very dissatisfied."
