Subway

"We ordered online yesterday, i picked up the order and our sandwiches were wrong. One was missing cheese, both were not toasted and there were other missing ingredients so we call and speak to Amaya who tells us we can come in today for replacement sandwiches- cool, no big deal. My husband went tonight right after work to pick them up. The moment he began explaining to one of the kids what’s going on, another male employee came out of nowhere snapping at him telling him “we don’t do that here. There’s no manager here.” Blah blah. incredibly rude and unprovoked. He then states they can’t replace them because they need a receipt. So i text my husband a pic of the receipt. He didn’t want to accept that either and just gave up and let the other kid replace our sandwiches. They had a perfect opportunity to rectify this situation and leave a good impression on their customers. Instead, that little hot head kid you all have working there decided to be rude and unprofessional for no reason. We’ll be going to the other location down TPC moving forward. Oh, and fix yalls toaster!!"

"The subway is located in a very nice location. However, the store itself could use a light cleaning. Food was all over the counter and spilled outside the containers. They were out of white bread. First time ever visiting a Subway that ran out of white bread, as a result I had to visit another fast food establishment near by. Not only that, the sweet tea container was empty. When I brought it up, the two young men laughed. So I went next door to McDonald's for a sandwich and sweet tea. Please address the workers professionalism, ensure stock is up to date and the tea is filled."
