Waited 20 minutes and hung up. I’m sure they can get busy but wish they would be better with their phone call communication."

"On a Saturday night a rear window on my Yukon broke. I took it apart and saw that the regulator was destroyed. I figured I'd get one early Sunday morning, no problem. I went to 4 parts places looking for the window regulator. Nobody had one so I was getting ready to go the Stealership route on Monday. On a whim, I called Carquest and spoke to Juan. He was friendly and helpful and had the part in stock. When I went to pick it up, I discovered that the store was the warehouse and they had everything in there. Next time I need a part, it'll be THIS Carquest first."
