Reviews
"Never going back to that place again because the burger that I ordered not even cook fully and have to wait 30 minutes."
"I look forward to eating Whatabuger when ever I come back to visit family. But this franchise close to where my parents live is horrible! The staff are more interested in flirting with each other than serving customers. Cold burgers, cold fries and burnt, I mean Burnt onion rings and not even a full order! If you question staff about your order which is never complete they treat you poorly and act like they are doing you a favor by completing your order. Never been to a burger joint this horrible! The regional manager needs to visit this location and straighten this Wataburger out! Look at the reviews, some very unhappy customers."
"What the hell Whataburger...I order a burger and it's ice cold...no grills on in the back and you slap a slice of cheese on a cold piece of meat and not even centered on it. This is by far the worst place to eat at. TEXAS you lost a great thing by selling it off to an out-of-state business that doesn't understand what we Texans take pride in."
"The food was good but the customer service was abysmal. I stood waiting to get my order taken for 5 minutes. Asking for condiments is like asking them to move a mountain. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Other Whataburgers outperform this one by leagues."
"Does it come out of the workers paychecks? When you ask for condiments, in my case I asked for a cup of water and received rolling eyes. That was upon already having them rolled at me for redeeming points I earned. There was a biscuit under all that gravy. It was okay. Unfortunately, it is hard to enjoy anything when you are already feeling unwanted."
