"Bought headlights for my car. When the young man put them on the counter, i told him they were the wrong ones. Instead of listening, he assured me they were the right ones. I believe that because I am a woman, he thought I was dumb. However, the next morning, I went back in, and a different gentleman helped me and gave me the correct ones. I told him what had happened, and he apologized for the young man. Lights work gr8."

"I never expected to walk in and be talked down to the way I was. BY A FEMALE MANAGER!!! This lady spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. Yes, I went there because I wasn’t aware of the battery i needed for my car. I’ve never had to get one for this car, until now. I tell her the car type, style and year. She then asked me If it’s AGM…I have no idea what that is. What it means. She’s looking at me with a blank stare. I tell her I have no idea what that is. We went back and forth for probably ten minutes discussing my battery (that I obviously know nothing about). She finally ask if the car is there. I said yes….she responds with “I’ll look at it”. She kept saying is it electric? Electronic? Does the car shut off when you stop….? After all of this….I’m about to pay for the battery and my mom mentions having them put it in for me since we are already there. She looks at my mom with a confused face and states “oh no, we can’t put those in since they are connected to the electronics in the car…”. Needless to say, we didn’t purchase the battery and we went a few buildings down to O’Reilly. Jose there helped us in ten minutes! Immediately wanted to take a look at the battery i had, got us a new one and INSTALLED IT!!!!"

"I needed a new car battery and the other store I went to didn't have what I needed even though their system showed two in stock. AutoZone had what I needed and a nice young man named Vincent put it in for me. Very fast and friendly service!"

"Vincent greeted us right away. Checked my battery and was very clear on different possible outcomes. Thankfully he was able to change my battery on site. He was very polite, quick and had excellent customer service. He even recognized me from about 7 or 8 months ago when we had to get a headlight replaced. He needs a raise. Thank you, Vincent! : )"
