"I've had bean n cheese taco from another Bill Miller's but, never like this one on 9202 Wurzbach more cheese and tsp of beans Not recommending breakfast here EVER!!! As you see very little serving of beans n cheese... very unhappy customer"

"I asked for large fry with my meal they gave me “regular fries” that looked like they just threw the end of whatever fries they had left and I also ordered a soup for my wife they gave her no juice at all it was like arroz con pollo, they didn’t put no crackers or utensils. I didn’t realize anything till I was half way home because I trust bill Millers to know exactly whats part my order I had to turn back around wait a additional 20 mins in line when I told the cashier she was super nice about it trying to be helpful as for the girls in the back I saw them rolling their eyes and shaking their heads, and even the fries we received were still very hard and thrown in my bag. But the cashier was the nicest person ever I think her name was Bella but as far I as I know I will never go back to this bill millers."

"Every time I come to this Bill Miller - they always miss an ingredient. I ordered 2 Potato, egg & bacon breakfast taco - they left out the potatoes this time - last time it was the bacon. UGH - I order & then have to get to work. I don’t have time to go back and have it fixed. I love Bill Miller - but y’all have to pay attention to detail, please - for your customers sake."

"im disappointed... the chicken was so greasy . the fries looked like they were soaking in grease. Nasty as hell..the girl who took my order gave us one order..i .im like the other one? She had no idea? I know she did not take the order but come on..then im like did they charge me? she walking around trying to figure it out..then another girl trying to give me another order.? Asking me, did you order?i look at her and say i only need a number 2 only!" That's all! i was gonna ask for more napkins. They were placed on top of the greasy chicken and fries, and i needed a ketchup and salt and pepper? im forgetting it might take another 15 mins, so i walked in and got it myself..took a bite of a leg, and it tasted rotten, lost my appetite, All the kids around like zombies, where's the manager was, i dont know?. Managers always knew what was served, forget now i will stay at my vance jackson location . Grosse. The worst part is. It was not even busy...lol...this store used to be busiest around this time, 1130ish.. but dead as a hell.."
