"I caught the overnight gang trying to get home early. NO FOOD FOR ME!!!!! Showed up at 5:54am and was told I could not get anything because they had closed out the drawer for the coming shift change. I was told that i could come back after 6am and get food. OK, but isn't Jack open 24 hours. I think that is their slogan? Anyway, the Shell station on the corner let me get some stuff. Go Jack!!!!!!"

"Sad that we drove 6hrs to be at the hospital at 7am for the morning and stopped at this location to eat before going since the sign says they open at 6 am in the dining area. Mind you we have been in a car for 6hrs . We get off and go in and it’s 6:05 am and the guy tells us that he needs to count drawers before they open which would be another 10-15 mins but said we could use the drive thru. He wasn’t nice about it and never let us know whether he was going to open or not . Don’t have times posted for one if you aren’t going to open at that time and have some better customer service if you will or at least some common courtesy"

"The staff was friendly, but my little tacos were burned, I was disappointed that they'd load the burned ones, but the staff was friendly enough to replace them with something else. The drink dispenser was not working, which is inconvenient, and the table was sticky, which takes away from the atmosphere."

"We ordered a DoorDash delivery order for breakfast today. We had a breakfast sandwich, a breakfast platter that had the mini pancakes, and an Oreo shake. We weren’t given any syrup for the pancakes, there was no plastic ware to use to eat the breakfast with, no napkins and the shake had a lid with the large hole in the top of it that I was not happy about at all. It wasn’t covered so if the driver were smoking or had coughed or sneezed, anything could’ve went in my shake, this was very unsanitary. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager and I was told there was no manager on duty today. Not a good experience and I am not a happy customer. I would like to get a refund for the shake please."
