"I wish I could give 0 stars. This was an awful experience. I ordered for my staff at the hospital I work at and spent over a $100 but did not get half of our tacos. We also found hair in our tacos. When we called to let them know, they were very rude. The manager Juan at this medical drive location told us that we could get a refund for the tacos if we brought all the tacos back to the restaurant. When I was finally able to get a break from work to go to the restaurant he said I was too late to get a refund on anything. He then changed his mind multiple times and said it was not policy to refund but he can do “us a favor” and we can get credit. It would have been fine but after seeing the hair and also seeing how everyone wore the same gloves to clean and touch things and then touch our food was gross. They did not have good customer service and were very mean. Juan also insinuated that we had put the hair in the taco because everyone wears hair nets and that the driver probably took the tacos. I added a picture of the taco with the hairs. The things he was telling us didn’t match up and to even treat us or talk to us the way he did was not ok. It just wasn’t in favor of the customer and it seemed as if they didn’t really seem to care about the inconvenience. So just be careful if you plan to eat here."

"Only reason for the one star was that I witnessed a disgusting environment and hygiene practices. This lady was cutting lettuce with bare hands and proceeded to wipe her nose, face and touch her phone then go right back to touching and cutting the lettuce. So disgusting!! I know all restaurants to a degree and gross but there is no excuse for not practicing proper hygiene. At least wash you’re hands after rubbing you’re nose and face. I don’t think anyone would like someone’s snot germs all over there food. Please practice or teach your employees proper hygiene TP."

"I had a great time with my friends at Taco Palenque. One thing I really love and I’m sure you do as well is a CLEAN RESTAURANT! This place was so clean EVERYWHERE. In addition the WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A+!!! I love being able to wash my hands without having to go to the restroom. I WILL DEFINITELY DINE HERE AGAIN!"
