"The food never really is great at Taco Bell but this time the chips n cheese I ordered were smashed to hell. And the chicken quesadilla tasted weird. The taco supreme had entirely toooooo much sour cream that's all I could taste"

"Went to grab me and my love some food. Ordered my meal couldn't complete it because I asked for no ice and no added water dude got angry because I said that, stated we don't add any water to our drinks ma'am, wee the last few times I ordered it she added water can u drive up please.. not is that all for your order like I can't order anything else. Them I get to the window. She ask me card or cash I stated card she walks to the back comes back tales my card swipe it at the dine in area gives me my card. Not once did I ever continue with my order or was I asked was that all. As though I stated something wrong, now I'm nervous to eat my food because people are weird and that was a weird situation to be honest."

"I was 1 of 3 people that was there. I was ordering and thought it would be right considering it was not busy and still didn't get my order right will not visit there no more! . It reminds me of wing stop now you have to count your wings before you leave , it's sad when you hire people that can't count even managers."

"I am so disappointed with the service and food quality. We had a bad delivery. They sent us a party pack of tacos instead of our combo meals. We gave them another chance. Big mistake. I understand it took a long time for a driver to pick up our order but when it got to us it was ugly. You can tell the food was sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. I called to ask them if they could make sure our order was fresh. The young man on the phone admitted to being the one who messed up the previous order. He promised that Taco Bell will not just make an order and let it sit for an hour. He lied. The darn food and cheese was caked onto the wrap. My daughter's tacos tore apart when we unwrapped them. I can't comment about restaurant dining but I will say to think again when it comes to ordering from this restaurant through a delivery service."

"Came in through the drive thru at 11:45P and I was immediately greeted at the speaker. Soon as I got to the window my drinks were handed. We had some add ons and take offs from our food and everything was correct. 3rd shift is on its game! I never receive my orders accurate at most Taco Bell’s let alone late at night. Good job 3rd shift!"
