"I like RST brand products but trying to return an item is almost impossible. There is a 45 day return policy which is fine but the merchandise must be in their warehouse by 45 days. It is kind of hard to accomplish that if the only way you can reach the Return Department is by email. There is no customer service that can provide you with a RMA or provide information. I have submitted four emails which is what I was instructed on each phone call me. Still nothing. Poor customer service. Not a problem is you are placing an order but difficult if you need to make a return. They miss the mark on basic customer service."
