"Decided to give this location another chance (big mistake) after the first time ordering the food was COLD and full of meat with PURE fat. The second time, I order pickup again and come home to see a piece of plastic or yarn on my food. SO disappointed!!! I wasn't able to eat my food. Overall, do not recommend."

"After multiple visits to this Chipotle location, I find myself reluctantly deciding against returning. My recent experiences, particularly within the last month, have been rather disappointing. During my first visit, a significant portion of the ingredients I wanted for my bowl were unavailable. I witnessed an employee beginning to prepare avocados, only to be informed by another staff member that she had just started cutting them. In addition, there was a limited selection of meats, with chicken being the sole option available. It seemed evident that the lack of preparation led to shortages in food options. Today, during my early lunch visit at 11:30 am, I encountered another issue. The corn I added to my bowl was nearly frozen, making for an unpleasant meal experience. Despite my initial inclination to address the matter, I felt disheartened and opted to dispose of my food instead. As a loyal fan of Chipotle, it pains me to say that this particular location seems to lack the necessary readiness when it comes to food preparation. As a result, I am hesitant to chance another visit in the future."

"The photos of this place explains the how bad the atmosphere and service is. Lady running the register is doing everything slow. No napkins on site, no food trays, no toilet paper, When mentioned how they had no toilet paper, and napkins. Response was “ oh that sucks “ . Napkins were never brought out. Just bad customer service in general."

"My Carne Asada plate was not like in the picture which drew me to get it. It was missing about 1/3 of the food compared to the pic. When I asked the manager, she said that if I wanted it full it would cost double. WHAT?! No customer service at all. To top it off the food was cold, tasty but cold and not enough for $15 that I paid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Chipotle. Hopefully they are not all lacking the quality control and customer service like this one. It's businesses like this one that want to make one go full Karen. Hahaha. "First time eating there in almost ten years. It's not that the food is bad, it's just not a place I think of going to when I'm out and about. However, that may soon change. We stopped in for dinner the other day and the food was great! You can see everything being cooked, which is great. I love the open kitchen atmosphere...you don't really need to worry about nasty cooks doing whatever to your food. The staff was very friendly and very patient with explaining how things work...like I said, it's been a while. I refrain from a 5 only because the dining area needed some TLC. It wasn't disgusting, but it could have used a clean mop and sweep. With that said, the staff looked busy the whole time we were there. Everyone was doing something, so in a time when nobody wants to work, I can deal with a hazy floor."
