"Avoid this Walmart for your in home food delivery at all costs. Within the last 3 weeks I had one whole order cancelled after they kept saying it was on its way. I found out the driver cancelled through two 10 min chats online. Does that mean they couldn't have given it to another driver? The next week, almost $20 of meat didn't make it. Today no meat, and my pricier refrigerator items didnt make it. Half of my 35 item $100 order didn't come. I recently switched after 2 years from the Keller Neighborhood store to the larger Superstore due to availability of items. I pay not just for delivery subscription Walmart + but also the inHome service. We place at least 2 orders a week and have spent thousands of dollars. I tried to contact the Superstore on Tarrant Parkway directly and they never answered. Since I needed the items that didn't come I reordered them but through my original neighborhood Keller store. They were due at 7pm. At 8 pm I receive a text my order was delayed up to two hours. It's now noon the next day and no communication or food. The sad saga continues..."

"Called the store operator to see if they had an item in stock at their location, the operator picked up the phone, said “give me one second” and hung up. I tried calling them back but no one answered my phone. Deflecting questions through hanging up is not a reasonable way to handle others. I don’t write reviews, but this was just outright disrespectful. Walmart’s mission in spreading kindness is sure underway…"

The cleanliness and organization make every visit enjoyable, and the staff's friendliness adds a personal touch. Surprisingly, I've never encountered the infamous Walmart outfit scenarios; instead, it's a place where people shop comfortably. The availability of self-checkout is a convenient feature I appreciate. It's my go-to spot for hassle-free shopping when time is of the essence!"

"I don’t remember the guys name in the auto department it started with a G. Anyway he was very friendly and helpful and so was the manager that he was working with. I got an oil change and my tires rotated and balanced plus bought a few items. Great customer service!!!"

"I Love this Walmart! They always have everything in stock! The aisles are very spacious and always clear and clean! It’s really peaceful to go grocery shopping here! The check out process is always fast, it is rarely crowded and there is always cashiers available and staff ready to help everywhere! They also have a car center so, I get my oil changed here when I shop and it’s super cheap and convenient!!!"
