"I've visited many times, never anything bad except maybe a wait, but that's to be expected. Usually the staff is friendly and talkative. Today was my first rude encounter. Ordered online, arrived 2 minutes after pick up time. They asked for my name, checked the orders on the counter, immediately told there was no order under my name. They asked if it could be under a different name, I said no, to which they repeated that they don't have a Valerie. Without even checking anywhere else, they asked if I was at the right location. After showing them my phone they finally decided to check around and guess what, it was in the area being made. Had they done that in the first place, they would've seen it."

"So we had done a curbside, and waited 15 mins for our food. Then ended up just going inside and getting it ourselves. The food was cold and not good quality, so we went in, there was a manager that was argumentative. Finally I stepped in, he wasn’t even letting me talk. We really just wanted an apology, but he wanted to argue. So I asked for his boss. Now this is where my 5 stars comes in. Trey is awesome. He heard where we were coming from. He apologized profusely. He made sure that our sandwiches were remade to a quality he would eat them. I won’t lie, when we saw our first sandwiches, we were saying we weren’t coming back anymore. But after speaking with Trey, we will continue to come back and enjoy Jersey Mikes. He is a great manager. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had from a manager. Thank you so much Trey for hearing us out, apologizing and remaking our sandwiches. Our sandwiches were probably the best they’ve ever been."

"At least the sandwich was good. However that the only thing I can say positive. I visited this location in a Sat afternoon and was surprised they weren't too busy. However just becasue it wasn't busy doesn't mean I left in a timely manner. To summarize they are very unorganized and need some training. They had 4 people working the line but it still took me nearly 15 min to leave with a reg sandwich with just turkey, cheese and mayo. I really hope this was just a one time occurrence because my husband and I like Jersey Mikes."

"Winter really made my sandwich’s with love today. The entire store staff were all efficient and friendly, and that is the Normal for them. But today, Winter really took such pride, care, love, and awesomeness preparing my meals and giving me such wonderful customer service. I’m a huge fan of this store and it’s because of the amazing people who work there!"

"I had the cheesesteak. It was great! Though, the production/organization of preparing it took too long and not organized. It was young employees that weren't really focused and didn't communicate well amongst each other."
