After having a horrible experience at a different salata (Blackburn location). this is my go to salata and every time I come here the employees are great and always have a great attitude. From one food industry person to another I know how hard it can be to keep the positive attitude especially when you have customers that are not so great. I will always make the 20-25 minute drive to the Grand Prairie location even though there is one 10 minutes away from me."

"I generally only come here during lunchtime, but the day crew is always very friendly and attentive. Annabelle and Evelyn are usually the first ones to greet customers and they are so helpful. Chris and Sandra provide great service, as well. Rueben is also a very engaged manager. The team keeps me coming back weekly. Great food! Great atmosphere!"
