Reviews of Pizza Hut
"Seriously Pizza Hut, DO BETTER. These boneless wings were $7.99 and half these boneless wings are half the size of my thumb. Then the pasta, dry. Where is the sauce? Most definitely not where it should be. It was almost completely dry. Then the marinara, a dipping sauce container just half empty. This isn’t inflation, this is greed. Pizza Hut use to be our go to every wknd. At this point Digorno and Tony’s frozen pizzas can have our money. This review is based off today’s order but today’s was the final straw. Past 3 months the Pizza Hut off of Carrier hasn’t been it."
"The worse Pizza Hut ever .. they brought our food almost an hour after estimated delivery. The driver was in a rush to hand us smashed boxes. The food was also cold. I will not order from this location anymore!"
"This is my second incident with Pizza Hut at 3502 S. Carrier. I ordered a pizza online that was supposed to be delivered within 15 minutes, I literally live 3 minutes away. I called about 20 minutes after ordering to be told that my order had been ready for 30 minutes and was scheduled for carry-out. To have it delivered it cost me an additional $5 and I was asked if I wanted to include a tip. I included a tip when I initially placed my order. My first incident was similar, they did deliver my pizza, but it was cold and you could tell it had been sitting for awhile - obviously a order that wasn’t picked up, so they gave it to me. Also, when ordering online, it doesn’t allow you to use your points. I decided to give them another chance after the first incident, but I’m done. I don’t get it."
"I really don’t know how a powerhouse corporation loses its standing. Cutting costs on supplies, overextending locations, hiring a new ad company, promotional programs that managers can’t really work- but Pizza Hut is following the pathway of Toys R Us, Blockbuster and AOL. I’m going to avoid my usual florid word choices and just tell you, I paid almost $70.00 for a recent delivery. It was 45 minutes late. The Food was room temperature. 2 Cold drinks were missing. And a dessert item was doubled. BTW can anyone tell me what a delivery cost is? And why would the drivers tip default to 18%? Tips are to insure promptness. It didn’t work this time. The driver was not really an employee, she was hired on by another company and could offer no explanation except - “This is what they gave me.” Along with, “Sorry it’s late.” And, “You can go on the website and let them know”. Going back on that wonky website is the last thing I wanted to do, I’d almost rather eat room temperature food and apologize to my buddies for the poor culinary turn out. I called the store, but no one would talk to me ( it just rang ) so here I am letting all you fine people in cyber space know about it. A loss of quality control is sometimes accidental, but I also think it’s because the employees really don’t care. I’d guess further that the employees don’t care because they think their bosses don’t care."
"Placed an order online. They got the order way wrong. Missing ingredients and they even messed up a simple cheese pizza. I just wanted cheese on it, they put pepperoni on it. When I asked manager to fix the situation (aka the pizza), I was told the best they could do was give me a $10 credit, but it made no sense. The pizza cost $40. They tried to blame me for "ordering wrong" but I ordered online and have email confirmation with my order details on it (exactly how I wanted it), yet they were still trying to argue that it was wrong... I mean, how can a simple order for cheese pizza be wrong?"
