"a few nights ago I ordered from here on doordash. I received a notification saying the order was ready for pick up and by the time I arrived, 3 teenagers hid behind the counter blatantly ignoring and laughing at me. After 10 minutes of trying to get their attention, or at least answers as to what was going on with my $30 order, a dirty blonde teenager came to the door saying they never made my order and to basically “f off” because they were closed. I understand that they were closed but why accept the order and say it’s ready if you’re not planning on making it? And why be terrible to me about it? My boyfriend defended me from his nasty attitude and he didn’t like that. The dirty blonde worker also yelled obscenities at my boyfriend and I and called him a “stupid retard”. I would not recommend going to this location ever if you’re expecting good customer service. I never received the refund , the app wouldn’t even let me because the blonde guy never made that happen on his end of the doordash order. The over emotional teenage worker vengefully reported my doordash account and i have yet to receive that refund."

"Ordered two sandwiches in the drive through. When we got home we found that the lettuce was all brown. Kind of gross. I mean they had to look right at it when they put it on there, right? Tried to complain on the JJ website, but after filling in all of the required information, the website crashed."

"Quick Service as usual. Only my second visit to this location in the past 2 years. I think I got automatically charged for the largest size instead of the smallest. I'll take some responsibility for that. But the soda was flat and tasteless. If it wasn't so darn hot out here I wouldn't be drinking it. But at least it's cold."

"I order from here often, and either they have some new hires here or someone is messing around cause I ordered a giant turkey tom and literally the first few inches of the sandwhich had absolutely no meat in it, so I checked the other end and its exactly the same no meat on both ends for a couple inches. So really, I have no meat on 4-6 inches of my sandwhich."
