"I put in an order thru the app and I forgot to change the location of where I was picking up from. Luckily Monica was there to help me out. One of the nicest and most caring people I've ever encountered when it's come to customer service. I highly recommend you don't panic or anything and just ask there employees for any sort of assistance. If the others are anything like Monica I'd say it's a safe bet to depend on them when it comes to customer satisfaction. THANK YOU MONICA!!"

"Avoid this store because they will not pay attention. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no meat. I don't eat pork. As you can see in the photo, the sandwich has exactly what I asked the to omit. When I called the store they told me that no one came through the drive-thru this morning and ordered that. I gave her the name on the receipt and then she asked if I could come back to have them correct it. I told her that I am not returning to that store again."

"A dead roach met us at the door and another one in the corner. My husband said we should leave but i was craving JackNBox so we stayed. The soda machine was updating. We waited 10min for our food and it was cold. I don't trust returning fast food so we just ate it. Just a basic Jack in the crack. Subpar food. Slow service. Dirty dining room."
