"Slowly this location seems to be trying to bring up its standards. Our order was taken by Alex. We let him know what we were wanting to eat and he made amazing suggestions. Thank you Alex for making our dinner delicious."

"Preface: I've been coming to this location for at least 6 months and have not had any issue. IN FACT, even the recovery for a missed item previously handled was admirable! However, today I ordered, and the order was repeated back correctly, but the food(for my son) was wrong: I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger PLAIN and received a fully loaded double cheeseburger. I also ordered one ranch, and didn't receive it. I've never had major problems at this location, so I didn't realize there were issues until I got home."

"The burger was great but the fries were over salted and not edible. They had to be thrown away as I was getting a salt burn on my tongue. Entirely too much salt!!! It sucks to pay for the meal and have to throw half of it in the trash. No, we didn't dine inside, we took it home so we couldn't return them. Do not recommend the salty AF fries!! Disgusting."

"Ordered two singles and one big bacon classic. Got three singles, the mayo on one of them was nearly nonexistent, the other single was missing the tomato and the third burger was just a single with no bacon but was supposed to be a big bacon classic. When I went back in to get it corrected, the girl at the front counter didn't greet me even after we were face to face. I asked her if she was ready and she moved her lips, but I heard nothing. I asked her if she was ready and same thing. She asked if I wanted a refund or the burger. They did replace the burger for me. And the burgers tasted good. Accuracy and good customer service are lacking here."

"We got the Baconator and Classic Chicken Sandwich. Food was good. Friendly service and the restaurant was clean. They will accept multiple coupons in one order for different items."
