"Burgers were great. Loved the pickle fries. Unfortunately, my granddaughters cherry slush had a hole in it . they were very fast to replace it. (Cuddos) My Cranberry limeade tasted like the pump ran out of cranberry and was nasty water with 3 limes. Down the drain it went... even looked like water...."

"The food at sonic is delicious, and all there new flavors of slushy are good. There shakes are also a treat to have, My favorite is the bag of ice they sell, every time I go everyone orders a bag of ice , The ice is so good it hard to explain.. Now I have to have it at home all the time.. it’s the best ice in Arlington..The onion rings, With honey mustard is another favorite thing i always get.. love sonic Drive In"

"We asked for a strawberry cheesecake shake… it showed up on the electronic thing as a regular cheesecake shake. We attempted to clarify it three times before she added a whole other shake. We said no. Strawberry cheesecake not just cheesecake. She just kept repeating cheesecake. My dad has dementia and it’s literally his favorite thing. I’ve never had it but I know that it’s pink. I get it for him at least once a week. So we finally gave up on arguing with the lady and said okay maybe she’s gonna remember it’s strawberry and she just put it in wrong. Well the guy comes out with a white shake so I know it’s wrong because like I said, I get it very often and it’s always pink! Then we spent a while arguing with him over it, he took it back and brought out the same exact one and said it’s right and for me to taste it. I don’t even know what it tastes like all I know is the strawberry cheesecake shake is pink and this isn’t it. So I finally give up on arguing with him because he’s seriously the most illiterate person I’ve ever spoken to. And I get home with the wrong thing and now my dad is mad. I can’t even go back and pay for a different one because whatever staff that they have working tonight apparently don’t know what a strawberry is??!? I felt so gaslit they just kept repeating it’s a cheesecake shake… yeah we know… but we repeatedly asked and attempted to clarify that we needed a strawberry cheesecake shake? I don’t want to pay for something we didn’t want nor ask for. The picture is of one of his old shakes that’s in the freezer and the shake they gave us. I don’t know why they argued with us for so long!! It’s literally wrong."

"I'm 36 years old and have been going to Sonic more than I can count. Back in high school hanging with friends, getting a bite to eat after work, or just wanting a fantastic beverage. The past few years I have been very let down by sonics food. Service always excellent but the food really dropped off......until just a few days ago. This has to be the best-looking burger I have ever received from Sonic in 36 years. Tasted even better than it looked. Went back a few days later to make sure this wasn't a fluke and low and behold no fluke. With this change in food and as well finally allowing us to tip via the screen (took way to long) they will keep my business for another 36 years. Keep it up Sonic!"

"I have visited this location three times. I wanted to see if it was a fluke, or if the food and drinks were substantially different from other Sonic's. Each time I have been disappointed. I am uploading a photo of the onion rings I received in my order. I tried them anyway hoping that maybe it wouldn't be so bad. However, burnt and cold they were terrible. The strawberry limeades I have ordered at this location, dice their strawberries in tiny squares (this is the only Sonic that does this). There are less strawberries in their drinks. And to make it worse, they are usually flat soft drinks. I am VERY disappointed in the lack of quality of both the food and drinks at this location. I have not been disappointed in the friendly service, so two stars for that, but the food and drinks are the worst at this location! Quality check is a concern and for that I will no longer waste my money here. I sincerely hope that for others dining here the quality will get better. *See photos*"
