"Staff was arrogance personified. I came in on a cold evening hoping to get something hot and spicy, the staff member seemed to smirk listening to my order. I wasn't requesting anything outrageous, just wanted it spicy. Food was not that bad but the way staff acted was not cool. Being only Indian restaurant around the campus, you think they would how to act around customers. This is not my first horrible experience with the staff. They act all high and mighty. I don't want to go there again. If I could give negative rating I would."

"Ordered samosa chat , it only looked delicious but samosa was burnt n covered with channa . Chili onion rava masala dosa was very salty and soggy and masala dumped on the top makes it even more soggy ."

Recent Experience: 08/20/23: I wanted to try it out once again after a long time. This time, the walk-in impression itself made the experience awful! What a rude staff they have I must say. I had seen her replying rudely to 2 to 3 customers, maybe due to the tiresome work she did the whole day. But, it shouldn't be reflecting on the customers, and that's the basic etiquette. Followed by that, we ordered a chili chicken, Butter naan and chicken tikka masala. Chilli chicken tasted sweet pretty contradictory to the dish's name, naan was pretty soft and good, and again tikka masala was Sweet!!! Tikka and sweet? Overall, the experience was not so great. A quick tip: If you want your business to run longer, hire staff who are polite and customer-friendly. One who is arrogant god knows what for, is going to take your business down. Just have a look at other reviews and complaints they have about your staff, and you'll get to know the experience Spicy Bites is giving to its customers. Previous one: One of the worst Indian food places I have visited. I visited this place 5 months back for a Chicken Biryani just to get some bland, colored rice with 2 small pieces (again bland) over the rice. After months, I visited this place in the last week again with the hope of improvement in their cuisine and ordered Chilli chicken with extra spice just to get 10 pieces of chicken dumped in lots of oil and a few capsicum, and onion pieces. It did not even feel edible, just felt like drinking oil. Won't recommend it nor will I visit it again."

"I taste 7 items. I hated it. The customer service was blahhh. They give paper plate and paper spoon and they always are busy. The place name is spicy bites and food taste like blunt. Even tea doesn’t taste sweet and paanipuri paani is just minty water without spice. My god I’m never going there. Sorry, not sorry. My honest review is this. Hope this gets better next time. I’m just disappointed ☹️ and the price is too much. Not worth it☹️☹️☹️"
