"The service at this location is terrible. I'm waiting for my food for the past half hour that I ordered on line 45 minutes ago and the employees are literally arguing amongst themselves with 11 people in the restaurant. Terrible management didn't even stop the chaos going on at the fryer."

"The lady who took my order and the gentleman at the window on Feb 2nd around 9:30pm were very nice, polite and helpful unlike some of the rude people across the street at McDonald's. I was so impressed I wanted to drive back through and give them a tip and my Husband wanted to shake his hand for being so pleasant but there was people behind us and it was late. Not to mention the sweet and spicy wings I got were fire soooo delicious I had nothing left but bare bones the best fast food wings I've ever had"

"There are some school coupons going on right now and I have one that says FREE 2 piece tender combo with the purchase of a 3 piece combo.( Not specified) as tenders. I called the number on the coupons and they said either or. I get home and I am missing one of my sides, and this is the pitiful looking tenders. I'm starting to hate Popeyes"

"8:15. Placed an order online. Came in to pick up order, wasn’t ready. That’s ok, I can be patient. What I don’t like is that this is a customer oriented business and the mod has horrible skills in that department. Really almost all of the workers did. There was one person walking around cleaning with food in his hand eating and the cashier was drinking her drink while taking peoples orders. Last time I worked in this type of business, that’s not allowed. The family size mashed potatoes were only half full. The French fries were soggy and old. I hope someone reads this review and makes some changes for the better. Update: support staff within the app responded to my complaint and was able to rectify the situation. Thanks Popeyes."
