"This a review STRICTLY on the prices , everything else was great BUT I should’ve went to whataburger and got 2 HUGE double meat burgers with fries and a drink for 22$ instead of spending 17$ on a large jumbo chicken a large tater tot and a medium motz sticks, for 17$ I know times hzve changed but I attempted to feed 2 people with what I got from sonic for 17$ and was incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed and only filled myself , completely towards corporate sonic YOU ARE NOT GOOD WITH YOUR PRICING."

"I did a mobile order for a large Limeade and when I arrived they ended up giving me a medium drink. It wasn’t a big deal so I just pressed the button and told the person on the box that I had just been given the wrong size drink so they said they would come fix it. One of the employees came out and took the drink from me and then walked away to go dump it out in the grass and when he went inside he threw his arms up like it was ridiculous that I’d asked to have it fixed. I just thought it was a little rude to be like that when I just wanted my order fixed."

"I swear, every time I go here they always cheat me on the things I ask for. They never get your order right at all. I would never recommend this place"

"Went for lunch today for a quick stop on the way home. Was not pleased with the ordering experience as when I tried to order, I would promptly get cut off. Every time I spoke, I would get cut off by the person taking my order. This caused confusion with my order as well and the person repeatedly asking me to repeat what I said. Once the food was ordered and brought to our car, the drink was wrong. I informed them it was incorrect and the person that brought the order our acted as if I was going to have to take it regardless. Even said “I guess I can ask them if they will change it being it is the same price.” Not the best customer service and when the new drink was brought out to us, I couldn’t even say thank you as they essentially just handed it to me and walked off. Definitely not the best customer service experience I have had there."

"It's usually better than we expected, but this time, they seem to be messing with app orders for entertainment. Order "easy" and they give you double, order "extra" and they give you 10x."
