"The CAKE part of the cupcakes is actually great! I hate it when you buy a fancy cupcake and you get super nice frosting on top of a coarse corn muffin. But the cake on these cupcakes is sooo nice. The crumb is so small and delicate. They are incredibly soft and moist. I have found my go-to cupcake place. (This review based on Strawberry, Wedding Cake, and Chocolate flavors.) People who care about frosting over cake: even though your opinions are objectively ignorant and wrong, know that you will be happy too. The buttercream is tasty and you get almost as much frosting by volume as cake."

"Gigi's is so amazing! I ordered the Sweetheart Box for my wife on Valentine's. There was an issue with the delivery that wasn't their fault. The employee that I spoke to did everything in her power to make sure it was delivered in a timely manner. Thank you for helping me make this day even more special. Oh and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious!"
