"I went in at 7:50 when it said they closed at 9. The doors were locked and there were two people at the register on their phones. They just turned towards me and nodded their head no and went back to what they were doing. They did not attempt to come talk to us and refused to acknowledge us."

"This lady very much upset me. She is what Im assuming is the manager. She has her hair pulled up in a ponytail and wears glasses she's in her late 40s. She was so rude to her associates and yelling at them to fold and fix things after they just did it. Very unprofessional and she doesn't even ask if you need any help at all. Some of the other associates are very nice and helpful not her, she should be fired. That's embarrassing to have an older lady like that representing the brand."

"Very friendly ladies. And eventhough there was a sign that said they didn't allow dogs inside, they let me bring in my little Buffy (chi-pug mix) in. That did it for me! We were just visiting from CO and Buffy isn't used to the heat. Thank you for making us feel welcome!"

"Had my backpack fixed because it had warranty. The bottom zipper had messed up. They told me they would call me when it comes in. No call or nothing. Called yesterday too check up on it. Supposedly they called me, got no call whatsoever! Or else I would not be calling about my bag too see if it’s ready.. like hello?! So I got there to pick it up that same day and ended finding out that the top zipper strap was totally messed up!! When I took my bag in too get it fixed it was perfectly fine! Manager didn’t even say sorry that it nothing. She basically said I had no idea what I was talking about, when I was telling her I only needed the zipper strap to be fixed that is all I asked for! All that’s good for Kaye spade are the dam wallets and some bags if you lucky.. that’s because I didn’t even have a year with this bag to begin with.."
