"I ordered food from Uber eats, and they dish was out of stock! They don’t even have courtesy to call and inform me that. I kept calling them until they picked up the call and I was answered that the dish was out of stock. I was stuck on the call with Uber eats for refund only to know that the restaurant has to cancel the order. Too much waste of time."

"I wish there was NEGATIVE 5 category. Today I purchased Dhabeli. After reaching home as soon as I took the first bite immediately I spit it out and threw the whole thing in trash. It was the most salty bite I ever had. They put thrice the amount of salt. When I called them to just let them know the person at the store told me that she has sold two more and no one complaint why am I complaining. I told her I have some leftover ( which I had not yet thrown in trash) and that she should try it for herself. I didn’t want money back or anything in return all I wanted them to know that they should not repeat this with anyone else. The person on phone has ZERO customer service manners. She instead made a very WILD UNCALLED statement that why do I Always have problems. On hearing this I totally lost my cool as this was the First time I was calling and I was willing to take back their product to have then try it out themselves if they are not believing me. Seriously this how you Rajula’s kitchen to business. Shame on you."
