"I went here for lunch with my mother and sister as new comers. Our waitress was horrible we informed her that we was new comers and asked how do it usually go, she couldn’t gives us answers and made us figure it out. Once we got to the line to pick our ingredients that we wanted we asked if there was trays we could use our bowls everyone acted as if they didn’t know anything. Once we finally got to the end where they make our bowls. They gave us the complete wrong order and we had to go thru the line again to redo everything. We never got our appetizers till we was fed up on asking them for it. They ended up giving it to us when we was leaving. They wasn’t busy 2 employees was sitting down talking and laughing it up and our waitress was just standing around n walking around blinding. They gave it the wrong food twice. Then the cooks gave us attitude when we had so many problems with the food and service. The restaurant was empty except 1 other family who also had problems but there were smart enough to leave before their food came out. The crazy part is 3 employees chased after their car to take a picture of their license plate after they refused to pay because there was paper in their appetizer. 1 employe chasing them was our waitress and that’s the only time she had Focus on something and pep in her step. I highly don’t recommend eating here. The bill wasn’t worth it for the food and service."

"I loved it, but my mom said her meat tasted sour and got sick later. The waitress was super sweet and the chef made the bowls a work of art when served. BRAVO!"

"Not recommended. I'm not sure where to start. The Chop Bowl said smashed potatoes (see pic). The Farmhouse Fried Rice was sticky white rice, not fried rice (see pic). I explained to the waitress my need for sauce on the side and other allergy restrictions. Unfortunately, the food came out with everything on it. When I reminded her of my request, she did get me a reorder, and it was wrong as well. We paid for the full meal and did not speak with anyone but the waitress. This was our first and last time. We will not be back."

"Ordered a medium bowl made your way and hand picked my greens and meat into the bowl. We can choose from wide variety of options of meat, veggies, seasoning and sauces. And fill in the bowl with as much as you can fit in. The chef cooked it well and it was good. I reduced a star as I haven’t felt welcoming and we ourself got seated. Felt like no one really cared for a moment. Rest of the service was good."
