"I've came many times to this place and this is the second time that one specific cashier charges us more then what is expected. I don't know if its because we are Hispanic and won't know/say anything. Hopefully it doesn't happen again."

"I just got out from the worst customer service I have received from two employees in the register of this location. I always order from Chipotle on Sundays and I go in to the restaurant to scan my reward when picking up my food. I had 875 points and wanted to redeem them they denied it and confirmed that it was completely impossible for them to give me my reward after just having spent $24 in their restaurant. They said I had to make another order of a minimum of an extra $5. This is the first time it happens and that they have treat me like this without any kind of possibility to order my chips with my own reward. I love Chipotle but in that case, employees should ask customers if they have points to redeem before paying. I told them I was going to write a review and they told me to go ahead. All this for a bag of chips."

"Monday evening, 10/09/2023, I ordered the chicken burrito bowl. It was alright. The next afternoon I ended up in the ER. E.coli of all things. I am still battling with the symptoms as of today, Friday 10/13/2023. Please check your food before eating. This was not a pleasant week. I noticed when I was in the restaurant ordering that their stoves were not on and a worker was cleaning the vents up above the cookers. Wondering if they cooked the meat in a microwave or something. It was odd to be doing that type of cleaning near the food."
