"A girl named Kayla was working at the time we came in, she had a very bad attitude and the service was beyond slow, Kayla was walking at the speed of a snail. She couldn't figure out how to use my gift card so I couldn't use it."

"First being greeted with a grunt after you have to yell to get someone’s attention is not usual. Bad start. Asked for flatbread and guy gets it out and starts the sandwich begrudgingly. I look at the lettuce and see it’s got a lot of brown in it so I ask if he has more. He says “that’s it” so I chose nothing. Maybe they ran out of lettuce but tact was absent from his vocabulary. Unfortunate."

"OMG when I tell you the best sandwich artist is SHAUN!!! I should have taken a picture. I went to a prior subway near my house and won’t go there again but SHAUN can make a sandwich and believe me I will looking for SHAUN. THANKS for a great meal!"

"Rude server. Skimped on the meats, like 6 pieces of meat total for the #11, said something rude under his breath when I told him what my sandwich had on it. He never looked up at me and left me once he rang me up. I had to take my own receipt from the machine. Seriously bad attitude. I'm never coming back here again. I'm just hoping I don't get sick from eating the sandwich I paid 11 bucks for."

"The food has never been bad for me and customer service. However first time ordered through the app and did pick up and it was ready pretty fast making it easy for me. I was informing the staff to let them know I picked up my order since on the app it said it wasn’t ready but it was and the guy acted like with a “whatever ok” mood and just said ok and looked away.. guess anybody can just pick up their order and they won’t care if it’s you or not Lol. Minus 1 star for that. This white/black bearded gentleman should understand that without customers he wouldn’t have a job."
