"It’s gone several times and it’s always the same I ordered my coke with little ice and what they do is that they almost fill more than half of the ice and very little soda that’s not very bad if you kindly ask for little ice you must give him the order with little ice you wouldn’t like you to go to a restaurant and stay halfway when you’re finishing eating and something too little soda."
"Man, talk about this kids doing the bare minimum. Even that is a stretch. Ordered a curbside order, it wasn’t till I got home I realized part of my order wasn’t in the bag. Not a huge deal, I get it mornings can get hectic I’m sure. Got back to the store and went inside, stood there with employees just walking by staring at me standing at the counter like they’d never seen a customer before. Two young kids, one which I saw the name tag Anthony just stared at me not saying one word while punching out or doing something at the register and the other kid the same. I mean, I get taking a break/clocking out etc. but come on now. You are literally staring at a person in the face and walk away without asking if they need anything? This place needs a new haul on employees. I will say there was a woman who was in a grey shirt with an apron came rushing up when she saw me there ask helped me. Very kind and apologized. But those kids, good lord."
"I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food after it was said to be ready. There was no one inside and I still had a long wait time. I ordered it online. After waiting that long and bringing the food home, which was across the road, the meat was just throw back on the grill to reheat it up. And there was just a tiny bit of grilled onions on my patty melt, which was disappointing. I've worked at Whataburger, for two years. I know what a reheated patty looks like. This is sad, I've grown tired of Whataburger. Doing another review on top of the one I already did, just order from here again because I figured I'd give them another chance and once again they have disappointed me. It was 20 minutes later after my food said that it was ready that they gave it to me. I received my order and the receipt itself was black towards the top which means that it was sitting inside the warmer for a decent period of time. That means that it was ready well before I got there and even my cinnamon roll was sitting inside the fry station warming area. There were two other people that were waiting there longer than I was and the bags were just packed and sitting on top of the counter too. Y'all need to fix how you service your customers because this is not how it's supposed to be, I've worked at Whataburger before and was there for almost 3 years so I know how Whataburger is supposed to be. Needless to say I will be reaching one of the managers up there to discuss this and how disappointed I am with the service and the way things have been done. I know to some it might not seem like much but it's frustrating when I order ahead of time and I don't get my food until 40 minutes later, because from the point of order to the point of grabbing and coming home it's about 40 minutes for me."
