"I was asked to move to the front to wait on my order and after I obliged they forgot about me. After going inside to remind them they owed me food , it wasn't cooked good and I never knew anyone could botch fast food.If I do go back it'll be to make an order and leave without paying. Or maybe even to breakdown at the window you pay at to feel like I got even. I'll probably just not eat here and leave this review up though."

"It did take them a while to come back from COVID but it's all good now. People are friendly food is always good. I do wish they had a TV to watch during lunch."

"After 3 years of moving to the east coast and not having Jack we came to Dallas and this was our first stop!! wow we spend money and didn’t eat it all well almost did!!"

"Service and accountability was horrible! I ordered 2 large popcorn chicken boxes when I got them they were lukewarm and the boxes had little to no chicken in them. I didn't get a bag or a receipt. When I went inside the young lady argued with me that they gave me a large order the chicken just shrinks. She proceeded to give me a small order empty popcorn chicken box and I demonstrate the amount of chicken that fits in the box and closes with no problem and she still argues with me they gave us what we ordered the chicken just shrank. Instead of just owning up they slipped up and would make us fresh food she just talked with the other employee. I requested for my food ro be remade she took the cold food trashed it finally gave me a receipt and told me her manager told her the corporate number is on the receipt. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had (and I have had many at this location) This needs to be address ASAP."
