Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"If you are not of a white complexion do NOT come to this store. We were told repeatedly by the manager (Claudia) and the servers and hostess that we could not put 2 tables together for our party of 7. Claiming that it was some sort of policy but they couldn’t produce it. Instead we had to wait another 15 minutes for a “bigger” table to open up (it’s just 2 tables put together). HOWEVER when a group of 10 white people walked in about 7 minutes after we were told to wait, it was no problem, the same hostess (Julia) that had denied us of the enjoyment of eating with my family, in front our faces, says “we can go ahead and put the tables together”. It was absolutely ridiculous and extremely disrespectful. To add insult to injury the hostess was completely disregarding my mother when she was trying to ask her a question. If Julia and Claudia are working I would recommend going elsewhere. We will never ever patronize this establishment for the foreseeable future. Never in my life did I think in the year 2024 would my family and I still be facing discrimination like this. I included a picture of our “bigger” table which was just 2 tables pushed together. Something which they said they couldn’t do."

"Cracker Barrel has the highest quality food for its price. Most meals on the menu are around 10 dollars. Definitely try their pancakes."

"We had a group of 14 and they did their best to seat all of us. We wound up in 3 separate tables, but we were near each other. Our table ordered the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken, Grilled Rainbow Trout, Grilled Catfish, and Kids Mini Confetti Pancakes. The food turned out really good, but the service was even better. Our waitress was super-friendly and checked in with us enough but not too much. It was a great experience overall. The store is nice too."

"Cracker barrel is always decent, but I've definitely been to better locations. Server was friendly but pretty slow despite it not being very busy. I never got a coffee refill. Food was acceptable, but I've definitely had better at other locations. I probably wouldn't visit this location again. They did have a real fire in the fireplace which I quite enjoyed."

"Great Location! Love that you can get breakfast or lunch anytime you want. This location was clean and the staff were very nice. Can’t leave out that the food was perfectly cooked and HOT! Definitely one of the better Cracker Barrel locations!"
