"Not worth $20.99. The cat fish was just okay. It was the only item I fully ate. The two sides I ordered were green beans and corn. Both were very, very bland. Absolutely no taste what so ever. The hush puppies were not what I expected. Very unhappy with my meal. Will not return."

"We have lived close ever since opened, but never visited. The parking is a little funky. Greeted quickly and seated. Host was friendly. Our server was excellent with just the right amount of attention. We had the lunch special of catfish filet. Sides were french fries, pinto beans and green beans. My wife also enjoyed a loaded baked potato. Dessert was offered, but already had plenty to eat. Opened in 1983, I was impressed that it has been kept clean and inviting. The hushpuppies were served ahead of the meal, but were enough for the meal. That reminded me of the original Bill Martin's on 7th street. Some of you will remember. "Visited for the first time with my mom, my son and babygirl. We were greeted nicely when we came in. Not very many people were there, more so for an older crowd. Our server was okay, she did forget about us a few times (we were in the back of the restaurant also). Food I would give 3/5.. It was very bland, not much seasoning, but there was a much older crowd there so I'm guessing it's more towards their taste buds. We both had the lunch special, catfish (1) and butterfly shrimp (2). We also had green beans and french fries. The green beans were pretty good, my son really enjoyed them. The atmosphere could use a little upgrade but it was cozy enough for a lunch date. Overall we did enjoy ourselves trying something new."

"This has become a regular spot for us as I love that they serve whole catfish. The food is always temperature hot and nice portion sizes. Our last server CeeCee was wonderful."
