"I drove to the location in Grand Prairie on Lake Ridge and arrived at 9:45pm. I looked to see what time they closed. It was 10pm. I noticed 1 black truck the window and all lights were on. I sat there waiting to be greeted and no one asked for my order. A few minutes later, they turned the inside lights off. I drove around and the black truck was gone. I didn't have a large order. I have worked fast food before and we never closed 15 minutes early."

"Had 11 people eat in and received good service overall. They were recovering from a couple of stressful customer interactions - one before and one after me. Windows needed to be cleaned badly, but the cashier was doing a window at a time, trying to get them cleared up."

"Worst experience, I have experienced in a long time. Was in line for 10 minutes for sides when there was no line just to get home to have water down mashed potatoes that had a very very unpleasant smell. And a large corn nuggets with barely anything in the box and cold to the touch. Went back inside to let them know what was going on. The lady really snatched the bag threw it away and just gave me my money back. I honestly think the GM at this place or the manager really need to check their employees because this was very rude, customer service, and uncalled for."
