"Can't give any starts. The website says they open at 10 45 am. We'll im outside at 10 55 am and the employees are just looking like I'm crazy... either you update your hours of operation or make sure your employees are aware of those."

"Food is decent but portions, especially the meat, is pretty small. Today, I got overcharged, yet again, because staff doesn't understand their own abbreviations. I got charged for carne asada but I got carnitas. I didn't notice til we got home because there were 2 of us and I wasn't sure what my partner had gotten. Also, it's ridiculous that you can't use a gift card to order online. No more chipotle gift cards for me. That way I can order and pay on line and know what I'm paying for. Of course, then I have to hope they get it right..."

"I asked for a little sour cream and the employee gave me a heaping spoonful of it. I suspect purposefully. My lunch was a soup! The turnaround rate here is insane and all the employees seem very unhappy."

"Unsanitary and poor quality of food at this location. My barbacoa was one big chunk of meat and inedible. Shredded cheese was unavailable and the grilled veggies were burnt. The employee behavior is the main reason for 1 star... the cashier was eating, drinking, and using her phone with gloves on while working. The main cook was eating while working. This is disturbing as the cook is preparing food while eating. I also saw the cook wipe down a counter then use that same rag to wipe her hands and arms off. I will not be back and I did not finish my meal."

"Placed and online order and it was the worst togo that I have ever received from this particular Chipotle. The containers were bent, out food was sloppy, the steak was rubbery and thought. Never would I have imagined receiving something that was this bad from one of my favorite restaurants"
