"I shop at the Krogers where this Starbucks is located. I often buy gift cards from Starbucks. I buy $10 card. Starbucks does not offer a $10 card via the gift card display in Krogers. Every time I attempt to pruchase a gift card I find that I have to wait a long time. It appears to me that the Starbuck personnel are busy doing other things. I went to this Starbucks to purchas a gift card. There were two people in front of me. The two people received service then the Starbuck employee walked off. From the time I started keeping time on my watch, I was there over 20 minutes. I had to leave because I had ice cream in my cart. I returned the next day at 8:15 pm. I thought they were open until 9 pm, but all the lights were off and they looked closed."

"They only have 1 person working and she’s too busy to greet you when you approach the counter. Instead, she immediately told me it’s gonna be a few min, which is never a good sign. Also, when I first got here, all the lights were out, which made me think that it was closed for the day. Sometimes I think folks do that deliberately for that very reason."
