"Customer Service is lacking. I could not get anyone to take my order. I stood at the counter but was ignored by the entire staff in the back. I was the only one at the counter for at least 10 minutes. There were other people standing back waiting on food. I was trying to do a medium size to-go order. It seem like everyone might have been new? Where was the manager? They were not busy because there was more employees than Customers sitting in the dining area. I gave up and left It is kind of hard to stay in business if nobody takes your order. The first time I ate there it was the week of the grand opening and it seemed fine."
