"Food is Buffalo Wild Wings it’s pretty good but the manager jessie was fantastic I called asking how much the wings costed and he gave me a discount just to be nice and rake in the cash for the business. The man was also just all around a fantastic example of customer service, and if the rest of the employees are like him I will definitely go again"

"Horrible service. Bad food. Getting worse. Last time we left after standing by the hostess desk for 5 minutes (literally) and no one came to seat us. Even had servers on the floor and they ignored us. Place has gone downhill big time. They need a change in management. We used to go at least once a week... not anymore. Food has gotten bad too. Wings are chewy, cold, and don't have enough sauce. Can't even keep your beer or tea full. ..... No I will not fill out a form. I already completed this review. You have the info. Copy and paste if you want. Freaking idiots."

"When it’s good it’s good, but when it’s bad it’s terrible. Over the years, their service has gone downhill. I went yesterday with my wife and we never got a server. We were seated quickly and then waited 15 minutes without a greeting, water, etc. it wasn't busy at all. The tables around us were getting their food and drinks, yet we couldn’t even place an order. Eventually we just got up and left. Worst part is, the hostess said “thanks have a good night” completely oblivious to what was happening. I used to love BWW but the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I really can’t justify any more “second chances” after this"
