"I ordered from here via UberEats for lunch today, and was not disappointed! I got the Pit master Mac & Tex-Mex sandwich (the latter was definitely my favorite of the 2). The Mac wasn’t bad, but definitely could’ve used more flavor (most of the flavor came from the super yummy pulled pork)."

"We ordered through DoorDash at the Arlington location. The Patty Melt had only a little melted cheese with a small beef patty. The onions and pickles were missing. My son had the Piggy back stack. The pulled pork, onions and pickles were missing. I am very disappointed and will never order anything from this restaurant again."

"Do NOT ever order from here. Like even if you’re starving and everyone else has a 45 minute wait. The chicken sandwich was barely edible - my fiancé couldn’t even stomach eating half of it. The “large” fries weren’t even half of the container (I’d hate to see the “regular” size. The Sir Loin that I ordered arrived as literally plain sourdough toast with dry meat on it and nothing else. The only thing that we ordered that was remotely close to what was advertised was the Pitmaster Mac&Cheese - which is edible, but not worth the price for the portion, and certainly not worth the hassle. We ended up arguing with DoorDash to receive at least most of our money back, throwing out all out and ordering from somewhere else."

"We ordered from Uber eats around 8 & my order wasn't ready for pickup until 950. I wish I had read the reviews 1st. The food didn't look anything like the photos on their website. The tots are way too SALTY. The bread is hard, like it was microwaved for too long. The sauce on the godfeather is tasty, but the chicken is dry. gave me 4 shrimp on the very bland pasta. Chick fil a Mac & cheese is better than this! I'm disappointed"

"Garland location is horrible. Ordered through Uber Eats. Sandwich didn't come with half of what was listed on menu for Tex-Mex and $6 "loaded" fries had no toppings and the amount of fries was not $6-worth. Horrible and waste of money."
