"First, I get a girl standing outside taking orders and making that difficult. They need to fix their speakers. Second, I order two chicken boxes to go. I get home - miles away - and open the boxes only to find tiny pieces of chicken, the fries boxes were half empty, and the gravy containers were not full. They keep going up on prices and selling less food. Rip off!!! I will not be using this place again!!!"

"Ordered 2 #13. Got home to two boxes with strips bread and no fries. One of the strips looks like someone took a bite from it smh."

"Did an online order of a Jr burger with large onion rings to pickup in the drive thru...big mistake. Sat in the drive thru line for 40 mins and when I finally got to the window to pick up my food the girl working the window passed by 3 times and made eye contact with me and pulled her phone out of her pocket and began scrolling through her phone. She finally acknowledged me and got my food. I went to grab an onion ring, and after 40 mins of waiting, of course, they were cold, and that's not the worst part. It was dark out, so I didn't see how burnt they were and went to take a bite, and they were so hard. They really ought to be ashamed of themselves for serving this type of food. This is by far the worst whataburger I have ever been to. No one apologized for the unnecessarily long wait, and I will NEVER go back to this location. Do yourself a favor and find another one to go to. Good thing that all whataburgers are not like this location."

"Today was a strange day for our area. We had snow and ice on the road and honestly I didn’t think any place would be open but you can count on Whataburger being open. I was greeted by a friendly cashier who took my order. All the staff was nice and good spirits even though they had to battle the bad weather conditions to get to work on this day. I ordered a whataburger with fries and drink. It was ready in no time and everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend this whataburger."
